We visit your space at no charge before recommending anything — measuring room size, ceiling height, and exposure to find the right capacity.
How often should I service my aircond?
Regular servicing every 6 months, chemical cleaning every 12 months. Pets or heavier use means more frequent cleaning to keep efficiency high.
Will you quote me before starting any work?
Always. No work begins without a clear, itemised quote that you have reviewed and approved.
My unit is leaking water. What should I do?
Turn it off and WhatsApp us. Leaks are usually a blocked drain, dirty coil, or low refrigerant — typically diagnosed and resolved in one visit.

Regular servicing cleans filters and checks basic performance. Chemical cleaning fully disassembles the unit and flushes the coil — removing mould and scale that normal servicing cannot reach.
