We read the code, trace the cause and fix it before resetting. Then we test-run until the system is stable.
Cassette and ducted indoor units cleaned on site: filters, coils, drain pans and pumps. Outdoor condenser coils washed, fans and pressures checked.
Refrigerant leak detection and recharge, compressor and PCB faults, and indoor units that have lost airflow or drainage.
Scheduled servicing for the whole building, usually quarterly, so problems are caught before they stop a floor.

A dirty system works harder, cools less and throws more error codes. We clean every unit on site, with no need to take the system down for long.

Most commercial buildings clean every six months to a year, depending on how many hours the system runs.
Every code has a cause behind it.
Clearing a code without fixing the cause only brings it back. Common examples we see on site:
