Cassettes deliver the cleanest visual result — no wall unit, no exposed pipe. Done right, the ceiling reads as a ceiling. We handle the cut-out, ducting, drain pump alignment, and grille flush in-house.

Most installers hide messy outdoor work behind a wall. We don't. Brackets aligned, pipe insulation continuous, drain falls correct, no kinks. The outdoor side is where lifespan is made or lost.

The most common install. Where most contractors stop thinking. We still pay attention to mount height, level, pipe trunking colour, and drain routing — because details compound over years of daily use.
