A canvas wash cleans the coil and blower of a wall or ceiling cassette aircond while it stays mounted. A waterproof catch bag is sealed under the unit, the coil is washed through with chemical and water, and everything drains into a bucket. Nothing drips on the floor or furniture.

The bulk rate applies to jobs of 15 units or more. Tell us how many units and which areas, and we quote one per-unit price for the whole building.

One to two weeks is ideal. That gives us time to set a schedule area by area, so management can notify residents or staff and arrange access.

Yes. We work one area at a time, so only one space is closed while its units are washed. Floors are tarped and equipment is covered, and each area reopens as soon as it is done.

Yes. We pressure wash the outdoor units during the same visit, so indoor and outdoor units are cleaned on one schedule.

It depends on the unit's capacity, type (wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, or multi-zone), and the piping distance at your site. We give a clear, itemised quote before any work starts, and we can supply units from reliable, trusted dealers or install a unit you have already bought. As a rough guide: 1.0HP cools up to about 150 sq ft, 1.5HP suits 150–250 sq ft, 2.0HP suits 250–400 sq ft, and 2.5HP suits 400–600 sq ft. Ceiling height, sun exposure, and glass area shift this, so we confirm the right capacity during a site visit.

Inverter for any room you cool more than a few hours a day. It costs more upfront but uses noticeably less electricity by adjusting compressor speed instead of switching on and off. Non-inverter still makes sense for rooms used briefly.

If the unit is over 10 years old and needs a compressor replacement or repeated gas top-ups, replacement is usually cheaper over time, and a new inverter unit also cuts your electricity bill. For younger units, a repair with genuine parts is usually worth it. We advise honestly either way.

Mould and bacteria growing on the damp coil and blower inside the unit. A chemical wash removes the source rather than masking it; for lighter cases, our Kalt NoStink treatment (from RM22.90 per unit) neutralises the odour at its source.

They are the same technology under different names. VRV is Daikin's trademark; other brands call it VRF. One outdoor unit runs many indoor units, with refrigerant flow varied to match each zone's load.

It suits buildings with many rooms or zones that need independent control: offices, shops, schools, large homes. For a handful of rooms, conventional split units are usually more economical. We assess the site and advise which makes sense.

It depends on the building size and whether it is a new build or retrofit. Piping and cabling are done in stages alongside other trades, followed by pressure testing and commissioning. We give a schedule with the quote after a site visit.
