How do I know which unit is right for my space?
We come to you for an on-site assessment before recommending anything — measuring room size, ceiling height, and exposure to find the right capacity. A small visit fee may apply, usually waived for larger installations. Never more than you need.
How often should I service my aircond?
Regular servicing every 6 months, chemical wash every 6–12 months. Heavier use or pets in the home means more frequent cleaning to keep efficiency high.
What is the difference between regular servicing and chemical wash?
Regular servicing cleans filters and checks basic performance. Chemical wash fully disassembles the unit and flushes the coil — removing mould and scale that normal servicing cannot reach.
My unit is leaking water. What should I do?
Turn it off and WhatsApp us. Leaks are usually a blocked drain, dirty coil, or low refrigerant. Running a leaking unit damages your ceiling and the unit itself — we typically diagnose and resolve within the same visit.
