Cubic Botanical's management needed every common-area aircond cleaned without closing the building. Over two days our team canvas washed the units in the guard house, lift lobby, management office, surau, multi-purpose hall, playroom, function lounge, and gym. That came to 30 indoor units: 21 ceiling cassettes and 9 wall units. Then we washed the outdoor units.

Clean the unit where it hangs.
A canvas wash cleans the coil and blower without taking the aircond off the wall or out of the ceiling. A waterproof catch bag seals under the unit, the coil is washed through with chemical and water, and everything drains into a bucket on the floor. Nothing drips on furniture, and the room is ready to use again as soon as the cover goes back on.
For a building with dozens of units, that is the difference between weeks of disruption and a few working days.
No dismantling means more units per day. Book with one to two weeks' notice and we fix the schedule room by room, so you can notify residents and plan access in advance.
Floors are tarped, desks and equipment sheeted, and wash water leaves in buckets. Common areas stay presentable while the work goes on.
